It’s not often you get good service from a company these days. Once you sign the dotted line it’s normally all downhill from there. But not with Trueline! From the Receptionist to the gentleman who actually built the patio roof, your staff were all very polite and customer service friendly.
We had requested that the patio roof be put up ahead of the normal process time so it would be ready for our son’s birthday party. We were very pleased when you managed to have it done more than a week in advance for us, which made the day far more pleasant, both for the people who were coming and especially for our elderly grandparents.
Once again, we appreciate your service and would happily recommend your company to others.
