Terms and Conditions for the Trueline Patios & Extensions
“Win Your Patio Free” Competition 2011, hereby known as ‘The Competition’.

General terms of The Competition 

Trueline Patios & Extensions are giving customers the chance to win their Trueline product up to a maximum value of $8000.00. The competition will run over a ten month period: Jan to Oct 2011. There is only one prize on offer and all customers who satisfy the criteria set out below will be eligible to enter and win that prize.

Conditions of Entry 

  1. The Competition runs from January 1st 2011 to 31st October 2011 and is valid for customers of Trueline Patios & Extensions Brisbane, Gold Coast and Central Queensland unless otherwise specified.
  2. Maximum total Value of the Prize is $8000.00 inclusive of GST or the actual contract value, whichever is the lesser amount.
  3. Contracts must be paid in full at practical completion, or will not be eligible for entry into the competition.
  4. Projects that are subject to finance, or are financed though the Trueline Ezipay instalment plan are not eligible for entry into The Competition unless authorised by the Managing Director in writing.
  5. The winner will be drawn toward the end of November 2011, by using an approved method.
  6. The Competition is not valid with any other advertised offer, except the $500 Visa Gift Card promotion.
  7. All products within the Trueline Patios & Extensions product range are eligible for entry into The Competition.
  8. All customers who qualify for entry into The Competition will be notified of the winner after the draw by email. Basic details of the winner (First Name and Suburb) will be displayed on the Trueline website.
  9. Trueline staff are ineligible for entry into The Competition.
