The HGC wanted to utilise a large un-covered courtyard area for functions and entertaining guests beside the hotel function rooms. They decided to seek the assistance of Trueline to design, engieer and construct the covered area using one of our COMMERICAL GRADE ROOFING PRODUCTS: The ULTRACOOL 1000 Insulated Roof.
Our Design Consultant had several meetings with Hotel management and a design was agreed. The contract was completed and plans were drawn. Trueline arranged council approvals via our private certifier and engaged the assistance of a Town Planner to gain the appropriate approvals.
