Manufacturing Process

For 35 years, Trueline has been partnered with Hunter Douglas Ltd, one of the world's largest coil coating specialists and manufacturers of roofing and window coverings (Luxaflex Pty Ltd)

The Process

Raw Aluminium blocks arrive at the factory and are prepared for rolling. The end result is coil which is now ready for the special PE3 paint process.
